In passing, I'd like to make a point that without music, the instrument of refining one's passion, a beast comes out of that very passion. As William Wordsworth once made it very clear in his preface to Lyrical Ballads and other places, feelings and emotions need to be processed in the name of the science of feelings which lays the groundwork for general laws for feelings. Unrefined, raw feelings are just beastly, even murderous. Unbearable are they. So, please, never give up listening to music. Make your music your life's principle, and thus, stay strong in life. Never be engulfed by the devil within.
